Greg MorganGreg Morgan and Chris Clough

Chris Clough is the lead designer and president of C2 Development, Inc and LET Lighting, Inc. Since 2007 C2 Development has produced the AquaIllumination Modular LED Lighting System and his new company LET Lighting is in the final stages of development on a fully modular and controllable T5 lighting system with features including dimming and supplemental LED’s for moonlight. Chris was born to tinker and is always looking for ways to improve on what’s already out there. He is currently researching the Luxim LiFi electrodless plasma system which in time may become the preferred way for lighting large aquariums.

Greg Morgan is the president of ReefGeek, Inc. Founded in 2001 by a couple high school friends; Greg has been the driving force in the growth of ReefGeek from its humble beginning in a small 1-car garage to its current position as one of the leaders in the reef aquarium trade. ReefGeek was an earlier adopter/believer in T5 lighting from back in the days when VHO and PC lighting where still king and over the years has built a reputation as one of the go to people on T5 lighting for use over reef tanks. Like Chris, Greg is always tinkering and trying to figure out what works best and why.

Chris and Greg have been working closely together since early 2008 and both have been instrumental in the acceptance of LED lighting as a replacement for metal halide as a light source for high-end reef tanks.

Justin CredabelJustin Credabel
Justin Credabel is orginially from New London, Connecticut. He recently transplanted to Los Angeles to grow more coral than ever before. He spent the first 12 years of his career on the retail side of fish and coral, where he helped unlock the mysteries of Goniopora. He went to found the non-profit Applied Sustainable Aquaculture to conduct research on coral propagation, and educate the public about coral aquaculture and the importance of coral in the wild. At the Coral Research Lab at the Science and Technology Magnet High School of Southeastern Connecticut Justin further refined the techniques of fusing mulitple coral together to create new varieties, and micro-culture techniques.
Justin is now at Underwater World in Los Angeles where he is developing the aquaculture division, and establishing new strains of captive grown coral, including many species of Goniopora, and new varieties of fused coral.

Justin is also in the band Incognito Sofa Love, signed to Tribe Muzik. He is often joined by is friends and daughters in the creation of music and videos.

Scott FellmanScott Fellman
My name is Scott Fellman, and I’m the consummate reef geek! I bleed saltwater! Much of my life centers around tweaking my protein skimmer, scraping algae, cleaning spills, or figuring out how to unglue my fingers. I’ve been keeping saltwater aquariums since I was 12 years old. I love this hobby and the people in it!

I’ve mentored fellow hobbyists since 2002 on Bob Fenner’s WetWebMedia.com site, and I was Co-Editor of WWM’s Conscientious Aquarist online magazine. I’ve written several articles for Freshwater and Marine Aquarium Magazine, “C” Journal, Reef Builders, Ultramarine (UK) and other online venues.

In addition to speaking at clubs and events throughout the country, I am past President of my local club, the Marine Aquarium Society of Los Angeles County, present at MACNA XIX in Pittsburgh, IMAC 2008 in Chicago, MACNA XX in Atlanta, IMAC West in Long Beach, and will be speaking at MACNA in Atlantic City. I’m really trying to complete a book on marine biotope aquaria and aquascaping before this century is over!

When I’m not trying to replicate the ocean in my aquarium, I’m usually surfing at my local beach-my other obsession, or SCUBA diving in exotic places. I reside in the Los Angeles area.
